Does the Alliance seriously have no other characters?
Blame the writers.
they’re choosing what way the story goes.
I’ve been pretty happy with Genn’s sudden relevance as of Legion. He’s basically been sitting around somewhere in Stormwind up until then.
We could use some more Draenei representation, though. Anxiously waiting for the glorious return of T’paartos.
As an Alliance main I do love Jaina, but you’re right. Both her and Shaw seem to be getting quite a lot of attention. I feel Jaina had her time to shine in both 8.0 and 8.1, why her also for this patch? Why not have Tyrande who actually has closer stakes with Azshara play a role in 8.2? Why not use Alleria who has just been sitting on the boat this entire expansion? Seems odd lol.
Blame the writers, they are ignoring the alliance and focusing on horde story. Then pushing the patches out to us with little alliance investment because they already wasted all their time making horde content and people were complaining and unsubbing because the patch was taking so long.
Genn has been getting on my nerves as of late. He has become the Nathanos counterpart of the Alliance.
I’m happy seeing more of Genn as well.
(Despite… Danged Alliance who hates Sylvanas!! Grrr…)
But…
I love Jaina but honestly I can agree. Maybe I missed something but honestly, what is Tyrande even doing right now? She turned into a night warrior in the last patch (which I loved,) and now as far as I know she’s just… MIA again? I’m glad that Shandris is there but where is Tyrande? I’d love to see some interaction between her and Azshara. Sometimes I don’t understand the writers
Well as a worgen player I always hated sylvanas because of what she’s done to our city, and second home. So hating sylvanas isn’t anything new for us.
Fair enough.
Literally cheered when I saw this cinematic.
sniffles
That’s my king…
How? Aside from being enthusiastic about the war and having a human form, how is he similar to Nathanos? I don’t ever have to worry about my contributions being belittled by Genn!
You must admit that there is a smexy element to Nathanos’s arrogance.
Well I mean… yeah… there is a subset of people who… enjoy getting a bit of… rough treatment every now and then…
Nah, screw nathanos too, he’s sylvanas’ boot licker, so pretty much just as bad as her.
Oh and also he tried to kill our king in stormhiem.
Fact: People have complained about every single character in this game who has had the spotlight.
Just let them tell the story for the love of Pete.
I miss Yrel.
Eh, I think he is getting way too much time to the point its hindering Anduin being anything more than a gilded joke character locked away in his birdcage where his bones wont hurt.
This should have been THE expansion to settle him in as king and we see him for one scenario and barely any after that.
Can’t deny he’s a handsome sort. If only he wasn’t such a blindly loyal lapdog. He’s got no teeth. I think in ways they dropped the ball. He could have been a truly interesting Horde character. Obedient, yet questioning, a delicate touch compared to Sylvanas’s more brutal tactics (of late).
That could have made him more appealing I think. Instead he comes across as Sylvanas’ lapdog and nothing more.
I doubt there’d be much to say. Tyrande and Azshara didn’t really know each other well. Tyrande was just a priestess when the Well exploded. I don’t think Azshara was very spiritual to notice her.
Yeah, me too. The version we all know and love will live forever in heroes of the Storm, but in WoW… she’s gone.
