I’m in my 60s so, you know, I won’t ever forget when being LGBTQ was the worst thing. How hard we tried to deny it or hide it. How so many of our families would rather ANYTHING but that for us.
I am sure that, if I were younger, it would not mean anywhere near as much. But just being able to be married still feels like a miracle every day. And yeah, some dude casually wearing a rainbow shirt is a big deal to me. Because I couldn’t have imagined it.

There’s a very fine line for any company between supporting a community and pandering with intent to squeeze more money out of that community’s pockets.
It’s not for me to say how Blizzard is navigating that line but it’s something to think about if you’re in any of those communities.
