i find them extremely boring, but to each their own
But that’s not what they are doing? They just left instead.
Everyone has an opinion. Rather do delves, we can mess around more as a fun group.
Feels just like old TBC dungeons
then that is their choice
Exactly. Tanks being so far beyond other players in regards to effective health is the main problem with the game, and needs to be addressed. Imagining that dungeons should be tuned around a single individual grouping every monster in an entire room, or even series of rooms, and just standing there, while everyone else in the party gets two-shot by trash, is unreasonable game design.
Do you not see how arrogant that sounds?
That would be like me saying “Oh they got rid of random BGs? Well guess they need to do ranked pvp now in RBGs or areans”
Do you not see how condescending that is to completely disregard someone’s entire portion of the game they enjoy playing by simply going oh well do the other content.
Bro…cmon.
Mostly I think it’s the delver maps.
Getting normal raid gear from delves easily is fine by me, getting heroic gear easily is pushing a bit too much.
However i do think they should add higher difficulty rewards to delves that unlock mythic track vault and mythic track crests as loot. (Don’t add it anytime soon, give it a few seasons to work out balancing and whatnot)
Right; so as we said; your opinion is that the massive number of players who did +2 to +9 who no longer do M+ at all just… shouldn’t do M+. Because “bloat”.
You know its funny you mention that, but 5 manning like T11 delves honestly feels like doing Old TBC heroics in a way.
I didn’t make the change, blizzard did, and they’re unlikely to change it back, so this is the world we live in.
I wouldn’t call it massive, we know the numbers
Exactly. We are doing it for fun now. Taking our time, LoSing, cc’ing. My god, it feels like old wow at times.
Yes… the numbers are literally 33% lower than the same time in S1 DF. If you wouldn’t call that massive, what would you call it?
I didn’t make the change, blizzard did, and they’re unlikely to change it back, so this is the world we live in.
You have spent 30 odd posts defending it, which shows that you have some form of vested interested in keeping it. What do you gain by not including those people in the M+ progression ladder?
I think its a good thing to make people step out of their comfort zone and actually TRY though
I used to like M+ until the DF S4 key squish. Current M+ is the most difficult it’s ever been in the history of M+ and the barrier to entry is high.
They were the only levels me and my guild ran. We just don’t do M+ anymore.
ah, I see why you like them and I don’t, i’ve never been a fan of the “pull slow and cc” type of gameplay
I usually pug tank or heal a LOT, but keys are just way too hard for me to step my toes in. So this tank is locked in to friends-only, but as a DPS with another tank friend who feels the same way.
When they were tuning up the everliving F of keys back in June/July or so on the beta, I knew this was what it was gonna feel like. Sweaties not really noticing either way, but miserable for the rest of the more casual population.
Mostly I think it’s the delver maps.
I disagree with this, i think its actually the echos.
For the last 2 weeks and im on track for it this week, i can get 8 coffer keys.
Thats 8 guaranteed champ items, for the last 2 weeks and soon to be 8 weeks.
If i wanted to get 8 pieces of champ gear via M+ assuming perfect distribution of loot, i would need to do something like 20 Mythic 1-6 each week to get 8 items.
my group always took a month or two to get ksm, we only ever did up to like 6s or 7s week one, we’ve smashed 4s, its not hard, its probably undertuned honestly
Aye, if I want to do M+ rift type stuff, I’ll just play Diablo 3. That time attack stuff doesn’t feel right in an mmorpg but that’s just me.
