The social contract says essentially don’t be a jerk, and if someone feels like they are being discriminated by telling them that, that’s them self identifying.

Ultimately if the contract was vague then its up to the person’s interpretation. You viewed it one way and they viewed it another.
So, ultimately is if it was the other way, because you don’t agree with them that would make you a jerk as well, right?
Agreed. My problem is with the use of “social contract”. It historically aligns with one side of a liberalism society (a liberalism society included both collective and individual laws).
Jerk is a protected class in America. 1st amendment… A ton of jerks out there.
First amendment only protects you from government…nothing else. First amendment isn’t a right to be a jerk to everyone, and definitely isn’t protection from others silencing you, getting rid of your voice on their platform etc. I would suggest reading something before saying it does something.

No. I have tried more than anything in expressing my opinion to be polite, tactful, and respectful. Even apologizing where needed.

We haven’t moved from anything champ. I have been talking in context to it from the start. You might have moved on, trying to build strawmans and attempting red herrings, but no, I have been talking about this contract the entire time.
No. The discussion moved from government action back to private company action. Two different things.
Show me where in the Social Contract it says anything about “opinions, looks, skin”? And no, disallowed speech is not the same thing as “disallowed opinion”.
