I’m sorry, this is just confusing. I have a lot of background in political science so the use of a “social contract” has meaning to a collective rights society as opposed to an individual rights one.
That seems political to me. As both political opinions can get along when people are decent about it.
I don’t think that’s the “gotcha” that you think it is when there are plenty of other blue posts of them being explicit and clear about the intent of the social contract.
The initial part of the Social Contract are simply suggestions on how to make the gaming environment more enjoyable for everyone.
The second part is our Code of Conduct, which is the same set of policies that we’ve had for awhile that you already agreed to.
I am not entirely certain how woke can be used as a negative term, except when one doesn’t truly understand its meaning. You know treating people with civility isn’t political or garbage, it’s the least we can do as human beings.
