I think same-faction PvP is extremely silly, but I really don’t see any other realistic options that Blizzard had available to address this issue. PvPers gave them no choice by blindly following the meta even though everyone knew that extreme server imbalance and broken queues would be the result. They did it anyway.
But I chose Horde not because of meta, I chose Horde because I like lore, aesthetics and the feeling overall. So I have to pay because some meta slaves dum-dums?

Fixing 1.5 hour queues is not a QoL change. That’s fixing your game so it can be playable.

This change, literally doesn’t affect you in any way.
The only thing this will do, is cause less Horde ganking in the open world, because instead, they will be fighting in BG’s.
