Two methods; you can either point yourself downward and travel for a distance to gain momentum–this, in turn, allows you to fill up your Vigor after a second or two, and Vigor restoration speed is based off of what talent you’re up to.
Flap Upward can get you partially up, and if you actually point your camera upward it will give you a slight speed boost. The other ability does the same thing, just less intended to give you altitude.
I play on a TV - a cheapo one - and haven’t had issues yet. That being said, when you hook up WoW to a tv monitor each one’s performance can vary wildly from rig to rig.
I legit feel for the disabled and motion sick but for the rest, eh. This is so much better than borrowed power.

You understand that not liking something isnt actual feedback right?
Eh, I’d rather be working towards something that helps combat than just trying to make getting around not a PITA. Of course, ymmv.

To each their own, of course. To me, having endless AP felt like such stress and endless catchup that it made me drop out of higher tier raiding. Also left no time to devote for alts, which as someone who likes to dps but needs a break to heal was excruciating.
That’s fine, they can not like it.
But they can’t say incorrect things without getting flak for it.
I didn’t like it at first because I didn’t understand it. Once I figured it out, I’m enjoying it quite a bit now.

But I want my bot script to pick up herbs so I can pay for Overwatch skins REEEEE.
If people like it, that’s great!
I think it should be kept in the game. Maybe like fishing or crafting - with exclusive rewards available to those who learn it.
You what now? I really hope that comment wasn’t intended for me because it makes absolutely no sense.
I don’t see DR having a future because they didn’t port it over from GW correctly. Similar problem with garrison as players asked for player housing and not garrisons.
Telling Blizzard you don’t like something is feedback. There’s tons of surveys with yes/no questions to get a count of how many people were for or against a specific feature.

Exactly
The shills need to blow off. they have ZERO authority to attack, belittle and demean any paying customer in here who is doing EXACTLY what Blizzard TOLD us to do…COME HERE with these thoughts and complaints
Personally I love DRing, but I think its SICK and OBSESSIVE for some people to stalk these forums to attack players who are simply voicing their issues with the PRODUCT they are PAYING FOR

The inverse is equally true so I’ll do that.
Dragon riding is my favorite expansion feature. It’s made the small things in the game so much more enjoyable to me. I haven’t taken a single flight master point since I started playing and I don’t see a reason to unless I need to afk. I feel more connected to the dragon isles that I ever did with any other continent in the game. I think it’s the single best addition to this game ever made.
I fill out every survey from BlizZard which is why they keep sending me more.
Thank you and you all have a good day! So beautiful outside I can wear my shades.
Personally I don’t care for dragon riding. Its fine for gliding down from high places, free goblin glider. The actual taking off from the ground and trying to gain height and travel anywhere doesn’t work for me at all. By the time I’ve gained any lift, I’m totally out of vigor and just come crashing down like a rock. They should have made it easier from the beginning.

yeah, I waas doing that initially too.
Try jump up off the ground then nosing straight up quickly and firing off a couple vigor charges.
You HAVE to be nosed up to a minimal degree or you wont climb hardly at all.
Good post.
Let me add that DR was better in early beta before it was nerfed to the ground.

Im a huge fan of dragonriding, its my favorite feature so far.
From my irl pals I play with who arent as big of a fan, I think if a single vigor was regenerated instantly/very quickly when on the ground would fix why they dislike it.
