I seem to see in the herald talents they gave us an additional snare we could pick up. (Illumine)
But looking at judgement of justice being a 30%, maybe that does need to be buffed a bit.

True, but it is a step in the right direction.
It also gives a paladin a choice, do we need more snares/utility with our arena team make-up or more burst?
Utility shouldn’t never be a choice with dmg throughput
I am sure the damage would relatively be around the same, it is more of a choice of sustain vs burst is what i am getting at with that, with on demand burst taking high value in pvp.
