I stand corrected. I finally found a source that estimates a February release in 2026…or in about 15 months. That’s still not “over 2 years”.
As for not being able to read? One’s skill in such is typically closely conjoined with an adequate understanding of grammar and punctuation. Shall we compare notes…‘bruh’?

Well Midnight is the expansion that revamps and expands Eversong, Silvermoon and Ghostlands.
I think it needs a big feature like housing to go with it.
Surely we can build Everywhere outside cities and also Anywhere SECRET (even in unnamed area’s)

Did you play Warlords? The Garrisons were instanced housing and had things you could do besides just decorating, sitting around or ERP.
Now I’m trying to remember all of the Zelda games where Link is a homeowner. Only counting instances where Link OWNS his home, not living with someone like his grandpa etc.
Ocarina of time, Wind waker (the privato oasis you can buy), twilight princess, breath of the wild, tears of the kingdom and echoes of wisdom. Did I miss one? lol.
Yes. I have nine characters with fully developed garrisons.
I’ve also played two other MMOs that had player housing…and from this have the experience to confidently tell you the garrison is NOT player housing. And, they always provided more to do than the ‘activities’ you glibly and dismissively suggested.

Ever try ESO player housing? They have DOZENS of designs, including landscapes where you can build your own housing (You can build your own on any property, actually, or modify existing buildings…). I’ve done incredible work designing in ESO.
The downside of it is, you get so caught up in it that it becomes a game, and a grind, unto itself. There’s all kinds of world loot drops for plans that you can learn, and you can sell those items on their AH…
Anyways, if WoW would do it the way ESO does it, I welcome it!
well that doesn’t appeal to me but it doesn’t appear to be instanced and I can’t imagine blizzard wanting to store that kind of data for 100s of millions of people for eternity.

It’s instanced in the sense that there’s an entrance to your property, and everyone who owns that property enters it at that location (similar to our Garrison, but so much better). You can also hearth to properties you own, even properties your guild members own. Small properties can hold up to 6 players, up to some properties that can hold 30 or more at a time.
