tell me u read a 16 year old guide and pretended u were good at a video game without telling me u read a 16 year old guide and pretended u were good at a video game
ahaha tryhards crack me up imagine hating retail and turning this game into retail
Tell me you deliberately go out of your way to be bad at a 16 year old video game without telling me that you deliberately go out of your way to be bad at a 16 year old video game.
Imagine coping this hard. “ImAgInE HaTinG rEtAiL aNd TuRnInG tHiS gAmE iNtO rEtAiL.”
How am I doing that? By not being a waste of space to those around me? Sorry, I’m not used to being a disappoint to those that need me, sorry you can’t say the same.
Go do whatever it is bads like you do, like complain that people have flying mounts and don’t no one wants to go quest with you in Desolace.
If people got the changes they wanted they would just turn TBC into shadowlands 0.5 and complain about it. They should just focus on trying to make an authentic experience of the most popular MMO ever made, not catering to casuals that want the retail experience in TBC.
The only attunements i’d argue is having rep to get into heroic. those are kinda dumb I’ll admit but defeating bosses in order to get to progress to another raid tier seems reasonable.
IMO there is just too many servers for the current player base, they need to combine many realms
I don’t want a community full of tourists who want to play retail. The game was far more “dead” during classic when tourists left and the people that actually enjoy the authentic experience will keep playing.
its not about tourists, those people left within the first month. classic was a blast in p1 and little into p2. once the playerbase left the majority of the game behind, it was a ghost town outside of raids and premades.
Not playing all the time is fine. There’s no new content, doesn’t mean that a classic experience needs to be overhauled to suit people who aren’t enjoying it.
I think raiding 6-9 hours a week is worth 15 bucks to me. Maybe not to other people.
I don’t need a game to occupy all my time, far from it. Happy that I have plenty of time to do other things without feeling like I have to play all the time or everyday.
The thing is that maybe dual spec is the only thing that makes sense.
Aside from that they just need to merge low pop servers. Achieving faction balance would be impossible. Just merge the low pop servers. Kirtonos, sulfuras, and probably 4 others should at the very least be put on the same layer.
You guys are (purposefully?) missing the point. It’s not about you and occupying your time, it’s about the rest of the game being unsupported outside of the time you enjoy.
There are so many things TBC needs to be rescued, but its past the point of no return for me at least. Bumping all topics that are related to the ticket I opened with Blizzard. They closed it. So I’m keeping these at the top.
Doing exactly what Customer Service said to do. Post in the forum.
BUMPING
So the blind, silent, deaf, DEVS can see that my realm wasn’t the only one that died.
Customer Service closed my ticket but I’m not letting these post get lost in the void.
Without retail’s “systems” it doesn’t incentivize players to log on other than to raid. Which is fine, leaves me time to study and do other stuff the other days.
I already got exalted with all the factions, got all the gear I could, leveled an alt and then geared them out. Until Zul’Aman is out then another flurry of excitement will begin again
Yes, I for sure understand why people raid log. Like I said most of my guild raid logs. They make time to raid and it is fun to raid with them but they are happy they don’t have to do more because their lives are busy. I also wouldn’t say that Retail making it so people are required to log in daily/weekly is good at all. It was just interesting how Classic didn’t have that “requirement” either but yet more people were just around.
I personally just want to play WoW more than 6 hours a week so I have like 3 level 70 alts and I PVP, resource farm, play the AH, etc. I don’t need to but I want to. I only really say negative things to people about raid logging when they start randomly attacking people for liking PVP or whatever.
Raid logging was worse imo. I literally couldn’t log on to my main outside of raid night out of fear my WBs would get dispelled.
Also past AQ war effort there was no dungeon groups, anywhere for anything. Had a tank and healer for UBRS for ony attune… silence.
What did cause people to log in more often towards the end, (don’t tell the community this) GDKPs. The raids were so easy you could get a bunch of rich players together and make some gold with no effort.
There was literally nothing else to do outside of raiding in classic.
