A good chunk of my guild is planning to play it or at least poke at it so maybe.
In the pursuit of fairness, the pro-Classic sulkers haven’t been terribly endearing either. I suspect a lot of them are just agitated that they’re not in beta and someone “less worthy” is.
I say this because the classic beta forum is leaps and bounds more chill. Yeah, some of that is because the relevant topics are narrower, but I’ve seen whiny beta forums before.
Some folks straight up will never be happy, but quite a lot will feel better when the wait is over - be it to get into classic or to stop hearing hype about it.
