There are 3 items in my inventory which are unable to be moved within the bag or sold. Also, the Clean Up Bags function is no longer working. I am doing Legion story quests when this occurred.
Do a full UI reset then as that would generally be a display issue caused by a corrupted file either in your addons or in your settings.

Sometimes all you need to do is relog.
