trying to restore an item via the restore i get “ an error has occured while trying to restore an item” not sure what to do.
Double and triple check you have all the items required in your bags. Is it asking for profession knowledge items?
You can also try a new browser. If that doesn’t work, try a whole new connection type, such as your cell phone using your cellular data.

i have the items, i have tried different connections, nothing is working. its been working the last few days, as i was restoring my hacked and stolen gear 5 items a day for the last 3 days.
Whats the item was it crafted.
no , not crafted. i have the mats they were d/e into as well. just not working

There’s a few other steps in that link you can try, for item restore errors. There’s also a link to submit a ticket. Just know that a ticket can’t bypass any rules (such as the 5 item cap) but they can’t sometimes help restore items if the page isn’t working.

The cooldown is likely down to the very second. I can’t recall if you get the error message or if it specifically says it’s too soon when that’s the case.

I tested this, it’s the second option. On the page the character is greyed out and it even has a timestamp of when you can use the service again.
