Item restoration self-service down / having issues?

Hello,

I tried to do the item restoration self-service. When i first loaded it up it gave me “account ineligible” at the bottom. However, when I refreshed the page it loaded, but would only give me classic servers & toons to select from (non of my retail toons).

Closing out and going back it gave me again “account ineligible” and then timed out and just gave “something is wrong on our end”.

I’ve not used the self-service in the last 24 hours - so I wouldn’t expect the CD to be the reason why my account is ineligible to use the self-service right now.

I’ve also done item restoration during downtime before, so I wouldn’t expect downtime to be the reason - though maybe its possible.

I think so, I had the exact errors before the maintenance. Multiple things being looked at today it seems

The ticket system, and some of the self-help features seem to be having issues at the moment.

That is being looked into.
