Item restoration search missing?

this is the first time I am using the item restoration self service and there used to be a search bar, but I see that its gone?

The item search option is no longer part of the page due to current functionality. It’s a technical limitation that I believe our Dev and Web team are looking to resolve, but I don’t have any kind of update on when that might happen.
