Not sure if this is where we drop this, but here I go.
Restoring items used to be pretty easy. “I want the thing I had.” search it up, get it, done.
Now I have to sift through thirty pages of garbage and hope I spot it the first time for the same results.
This is ridiculous, please let us search again.
The search bar was temporarily removed because of how it clashed with some of the service’s functionality. It isn’t an intentional omission so far as we’ve been made aware in the past, and will likely make a return at some point in the future.
For future reference, Customer Support is not a feedback or suggestion forum. We’re primarily here to help with account- and payment-related concerns with occasional oversight by SFAs.
