Item Restoration Page Not Showing Main Realm

I went to restore some items I sold and could not see my main realm, Terenas, to select the character I wanted the refund on.

Is this a known bug? If yes, communication about this on that page would be great, like having an information banner on the realm/character select page to inform users there’s an issue.

If its a known bug, do we have an ETA on when we could expect this to be fixed?

My server is not listed in item restoration

It’s not a you, issue, Mennzo. Some realms seem to not have the option available. It is being looked into.
