trying to recover 1 item from my list but its not showing items on page 1 and 2 of the 31pages but its shows items i de for guild in naxx. all items from 3-31 show up, but not 1 and 2 and this item was recent de but it seemed 1 of the guildies wanted it so im trying to recover it to get it back. This is more the site giving me issues than me not being able to recover it. If im able to see it i can recover it

I don’t know that you would be able to restore the item and then give it to someone else. It is likely to be soulbound to you and untradable.

ticket only sends me to the site, again the site doesnt show my items so sending me to same page im already on doesnt help if i cant see the items in pages 1 and 2 but beyond all items show up from 3 all the way to the last page (31).
the item was a raid item so even if the items is soulbound it still had a tradable timer. it thats not the case anymore whats point of recovering an item then.
i do appreicate the assistance but its more a site tech issue.

Unfortunately this forum is not a contact point for the staff. It is a forum for players to assist other players. Because of that format no staff comes here beyond our SFAs (the ONLY Blues you will see posting here), and they operate to help offer insight and guidance.
They do not resolve issues like yours. That would wholly be in the wheelhouse of a GM, which you can only resolve by a ticket. I can promise you that if a SFA pops in here, they will advise you to submit a ticket.

Just to set the expectations im pretty sure it wont reset the trade timer tho i could be wrong.
ya why im seeing, if it can if not then guild mate wont fret over it but he was just a second to late in preventing me from sharding it.
That’s what I’m figuring. Either by nature of disenchanting the item or the item being return through the mail, the trading timer will be moot and the item will be locked to OP.
just to remind ya this isnt for the gm to recover my item for me (i can do that myself), its the fact as i was saying the site isnt showing from page 1 and 2 but stuff yesterday. So as “Darthwraith” said it probably show up tomorrow. So ya the site should be showing 29 pages instead of 31 with pages 1 and 2 showing yesterday instead of blank pages.
so pretty much what he said and guildies stated it may have to wait, at the same time were seeing if the timer shows up or not, but if not oh well, well move on…
The ticket I keep pushing is because it comes in fits and spurts that the restoration page borks out. Enough so that there is a support article about it that provides the link I shared above. With ticket times being a bit higher right now, it is usually advisable to put the ticket in so you’ve got a headstart in the queue. If the page updates, that would be amazing and you can cancel your ticket - no harm, no foul. It’s just to try and cut some of your wait time if for some reason the pages do not populate properly. That’s all.
I never said it would show up I said u wont see a blue till tommorow that would tell u the same thing open a ticket and a GM can take a look.
