I’ve put in a ticket, but Blizzard automatically closed the ticket with “Helpful links” and said they are having abnormally heavy wait times. I re-opened the ticket but no response yet.
Basically cleaning my bags yesterday I vendored 3 or my BIS items. After about 4 hours I went to item restore and low and behold they are not there.

Also missing a few 437 rings that were a staple to my tanking gear set. I cannot remember the name!
Everything was available in item restoration but all of the trinkets and some rings. Can anyone at blizzard just reset my item restoration, or look at it please?
The ticket times likely are increasing due to the release of D4, likely as people try to login again, but usually the average you see is not based on the average wait but the oldest ticket in the system. Individual wait times can vary.
Just for clarification, that is more of an average. With the launch of Diablo IV we’ve had a lot of returning players who are attempting to recover their old Battle.net accounts. That is definitely having an impact between recovery, authenticator & phone number updates, etc… plus the normal volume we receive.
More generic and low priority issues are being handled in 2-3 days, give or take a few hours.
This is good to know, thanks for posting this up. I would have felt like a massive jerk telling someone “a few hours” as it had been and not realizing times had been extended a bit.
