It is time to give us hard dungeons that have nothing to do with time

Spoiler alert: you’ll still be unable to complete the dungeons without a timer because the timer isn’t the reason why you suck at the game.

Personally, I like how M+ is now the only thing I don’t like is the timer… it gives me so much anxiety, what’s worse it’s bred a whole new era of toxic behaviour, one wipe the tank “well you guys are trash we won’t time it” proceeds to leave the party…

I’m not saying this didn’t happen before, but ever since M+ started going for the esports route, it happens way more, PuGing keys is basically hoping someone doesn’t leave on one mistake…

I think M+ as a whole would be way more enjoyable without the timer, if you have a group that rushes great, if you have a group slower great too, the timer isn’t necessary…

Disappointed there wasn’t more of this in the thread, because it’s the answer.

Tazzavesh is already in the game, folks. Get to it. Blizzard already gave you what you’re asking for.

I think taking the MoP/WoD approach would be fine; fixed ilvls and rare rewards, even on a seasonal basis. That can exist alongside a keystone system that utilizes stacking mechanical difficulty instead of timers.

Hmmm, after all the difficulties in mythic dungeons you want harder ones and you wish to drag everyone into this new brilliant idea .How about no. We need just a simple dungeon for casuals. No more of this change as we go bullha.

I certainly don’t want this, so who is this we? I did the classic I played in tbc those dungeons weren’t hard they are needlessly long and boring but hard naw. Mythic plus is great

I mean, there are already Normal and Mythic 0. And at least one Raid Style Dungeon an expansion. Asking for content to demand anything beyond stack-and-burn playstyle shouldn’t be some profoundly unheard of concept.

Op,wanted hardcore dungeons -mythics are enough as it is with affixes to challenge mob pulling yet all of that people have already .Now a simple dungeon being done harder come one now.
I would suggest a different route make them different everytime you entered .

I’ve always thought keystones should have worked in multiple ways. One being current. Leave it as is. Another being a “You don’t have a time limit, but as long as you complete this dungeon, your key will upgrade +1. Maximum of one chest at the end, no matter the time.”

They could even cap the slower one at +10 max and disable any rewards, such as vault items for the week. You’d get less loot, but people would slowly be able to crawl through them at their own pace.

I agree that making OP’s suggestion the only option wouldn’t be great. I think giving people multiple ways to tackle the content would be best. Give the hard-core players an option to win exclusive mounts or mogs with leaderboards, etc. Seems like an easy win for everyone imo.

Tazzavesh hard mode gives a mount that even has a summoning animation. As far as I’m aware, it’s the only mount in the game to have such a thing.

Betcha OP hasn’t even done Tazzavesh, though.

Won’t happen. They can’t actually improve the enemy behavior without the network architecture being impacted. Crappy pathing and braindead enemies that evade are all that the game will ever have.

It’s never going to happen. The game is in maintenance mode.

You mean like Megadunegons?

Hmm,if it is for an achievement that maybe different,in a way that would be good like Leroy Jenkins .How many can a person pull 100? and down in 35 sec.

The timed runs and incrementing/decrementing keystones are a direct line to the toxic behavior of ppl running them. Needs to be thought put into what kind of behavior content promotes.

So you want TBC heroic dungeons where the only hard part is the tank not crumpling to white damage?

Tell us, how is finding tanks for pugs going?

In the OP’s defense, half the posts on here claim to speak on behalf of everybody else in the game.

This is what m+ should have been, tough content with no timer.

This is why these post always devolve into bickering. You don’t need to get rid of one thing to have another. There’s no reason to call for removing timed content. We can have both. I wish M0 were a bit more difficult and rewarding than it currently is. And it could be. And removing M+ isn’t the secret solution to make your wish a reality. Jesus use your brain already.

Your act like you speak for everyone, did you not play Cata? It was obvious people didn’t want hard dungeons.
