Mythic has a lot to do with doing things fast. What the people want is hard, not fast. We want no mobs to be skipable. They were put there for a reason, let us fight them.
We want to be able to pull no more than 3-4 mobs at a time or it will wipe the group. We want a slower pace dungeon system where things are just harder.
and I’m just talking about normal mode. Mythic would be the same stuff, but pulling more than 1 mob at a time would wipe the group and everything hits 10x harder and has 10x more HP. No time limits

Who is we? Because metrics do not support your request. Moreover, there are other places to go if you want the game to be arbitrarily hard… or you know just do keys at the 15 level or above and ignore the timer…No one wants a WoW dungeon that requires two hours to kill 4 bosses. You think you do but you don’t

You do if the result is meaningful. The whole mythic key stuff needs to be gone. Make it near impossible to do mythic on these new dungeons and it is a great accomplishment to do it on mythic. No more 1,2,3,4…mythics

Dungeons are already too difficult with layers of asinine mechanics after mechanics. I hate SL M+ dungeons!

I’m all for a Mythic Hardmore that effectively turns Mythic Dungeons into 5 man mini raids, but it should be optional and not a requirement.
There’s no reason why M+ and a hypothetical Mythic Hardmode can’t survive in the same ecosystem as branches of base “Mythic”.
Hell, they can just tune it like Mega Dungeons and have the gear ilvl be capped at Normal Raid and I’d personally be happy. This shouldn’t be an “Us vs Them” because both content styles can exist simultaneously.

Go back to 2010 and tell me how that whole thing went.

You realize M+ is legitimately challenging content even if you ignore the timer, right?

People complained about kara in legion before the nerfs then keys added. Mechagon wasnt the most popular place either when first released.

Do you want dungeons that take hours to complete?
Yes, if the rewards are right

the latest megadungeon certainly is hard.

Want a challenge? Wear greens. Or white and greys. Let’s see ya complete a dungeon that way.

ZERO reward is meaningful enough for me to want to spend two hours in a 4 boss 5 man.

What metrics would those be? The half of the playerbase that’s simply quit/unsubbed because of WoW becoming nothing but an e-sports game?

You say “we” as if you speak for everyone
You must certainly do not.

metrics…metrics…there’s that word again.
How can an algorithm possibly differentiate between content you’re forced to do and content you want to do?
Not necessarily forced to do Mythic+, but this is a gear score power sort of game here, people crave power. They crave it fast, unfortunately raids lock you out on a weekly basis, M+ on a daily one…most will gravitate towards that, but it doesn’t mean that it’s a successful metric, it just means people want power and M+ is the means to an end, it doesn’t mean that the content they are doing is what they really want to be doing.
So an algorithm will see people in it and generalize that all the people are happy and loving it. I want mage tower levels of difficulty in my dungeons. I want strategy beyond efficiency and “beat the timer”…

I see you haven’t done tazavesh, that’s a good place to start.
