It’s weird because when you reply to someone you can see their realm, but otherwise it’s not shown. I wonder why.
I do wish only Classic avatars were used, but not for these bizarre segregational reasons people have.
I just think it’s cooler.
Except, I play the game.
I simply choose not to post on my Classic character because you don’t need to know who that is.

Useless suggestion. Why should you have to change forum identities? You can post on classic characters in non-classic forums.
This would legit fix absolutely nothing.
If you are upset over someone’s forum avatar you may need to rethink some priorities.
Because the forums have been here forever and some like who they post on.
This be a funny restriction especially when classic starts to die in a few weeks.

Not saying I agree with the segregation of forums, but reaching level 10 isn’t exactly a big deal.
It doesn’t make any kind of credibility. All you have to do is get level 10. 3-4 hours worth of effort. I’ve been posting on this character since day three, and I haven’t leveled it in two weeks. I play a different character.

If they did this how can people call me a catababy if they can see my achievements from the dark portal event and scourge invasion?

I re-subbed purely for classic. I have not logged into modern wow in years. I would love for classic only avatars to be here to post. Retail trolls or nefarious players want to hide their names for some reason. Lets just let classic avatars post.

Probably has not logged out and back in to forums. My avatar doesn’t level up on the forums until I do that… btw, I’m level 29 atm but shows 27
