Posting is already tied to a sub and L10 character. Suddenly being a character of the specific game is a hardship?

Do you deny that there are some retail players trolling these forums with bad intent toward classic? I can guarantee you there are.
Except that just like we saw on this very forum before classic even came out that is hardly a restriction that stops people from trolling.
What’s inexplicable about it? Just cause it’s not the way you like to play?
For some, like me, leveling is the best part of the game.
Kinda like to some, like me, what a player has to say matters more than the forum avatar they use to say it.
According to some of you, it is. One of you was claiming if you are posting on the classic forums with a retail toon you are automatically labeled a troll.
You are a rare exception. To pretend as if you are the norm is silly.
I don’t think there’s anyone arguing that. Trolls will be trolls, regardless of their forum avatar.
But it’s a tad unfair to dismiss anyone who doesn’t post on the type of character you’d like as a troll. (Again, the collective you here)

The blizzard mods are incapable of properly identifying trolls, as all they see is out of context individual posts. I mean hell, look how long whiskee/saqe was left to troll before they finally caught on to his gimmick.
What I’m denying is that requiring a level 10 classic character would somehow stop people from trolling.
I feel that it in most cases, if you don’t have a higher level character after six months in classic, you probably aren’t very serious about the game. I will concede that there are exceptions to that rule, such as yourself.
I understand many don’t level their alt army all at once, if they level an alt army at all.
Just trying to make the point that it’s pretty hard to judge someone’s intention by their forum avatar, be whether it’s classic/retail or not max level after a certain amount of time.
Just judge the content of their post and let that be the deciding factor.
I didn’t say it would. It would however let people know to take the person less seriously on these forums because they have not invested any time into classic.
So then when people complain about retail on this forum they should do it from a retail character right?
I couldn’t care less about retail. Posts about retail should not be allowed on classic forums.
I remember seeing this same argument when people was discussing pvp ratings. If you wasn’t “so and so” rating you have no valid feedback.
But they are, and more importantly without an armory to back up someone’s posting on a classic character is potentially just as meaningless to lending any validity to what they are saying.
Complaining about retail on the not remotely retail forum should not be tolerated.

Not at all what I am arguing. I just think they should invest time in the game, especially if they want to sit on these forums advocating for things.
This is such a stupud thread. I’m not going to change avatars just cuz some basement dweller demands it. I pay my sub lije everybody else. I only cone here to talk about classic.
