It wasn’t an easy home run. At all. In any way.
The amount of nostalgia people wanted to be injected with from WOTLK is literally impossible to pull off. Impossible. There isn’t a way to give you, or any of the fans, the experience they wanted. WOTLK is the most popular expansion of WoW. To think it was an “easy home run” to placate people like you is … well, wrong. It’s a task that can’t be done.

Not true. I bought the vault edition and opened a ticket as to why I am missing $20 out of the $30 in bonuses for two accounts. Hasn’t been addressed yet. No surprise though
There are bugs from the WotLK prepatch that are still present.
A decent chunk of people get massive frame time issues and FPS stutter in 25 man content but no response from Blizzard yet.
The <5 people they had working on the game must of been moved to Dragonflight.
Maintenance mode is when they stop development and only focus on bugs and keeping the server running.
We don’t really know what they are doing over there at the Blizz HQ, but to the customer it feels more like abandonware than maintenance mode.

Ok, how is this any different then what happened with classic era and tbc? I will say that blizzard doing something, like the chromo boon, was a life changer but was vastly too little to late when they added it. But outside of that, nothing changed.
I’m not surprised that the classic trilogy is going to be in maintenance mode at all. To me, this is just pservers complaining and not realizing why the community is what it is. No one plays for fun. No one plays to have hours on top of hours just to play the game daily on one character alone. What made the trilogy great, is now gone. It’s literally a husk of its former self.
The real conspiracy is that blizz isnt even making wotlk, its already done, they are taking our money and actually doing no work, while pretending its new content.
Classic’s only purpose was to appeal to players rose-tinted glasses of the glory days of WoW and to make money off the nostalgia.
Sadly no mathow hard played try those days are long gone. It’s not the same as things were back then and never will be.
What’s funny is Blizzard knows this and is doing it because it makes them money as a result. Mounts, boosts, bundles, whatever and it works.

I played on a well done WotLK private server. Bots were dispatched as soon as they were confirmed. Bugs were addressed right away. Ninjas were named and shamed and so on. There was no stupid LFG and Wintergrasp was a blast.
People were having fun. They did Wrath better than Blizzard. Says a lot.

In all fairness, whatever Blizzard does the players will ruin.
The players suck nowadays.

“It’s official” meanwhile no blue posts as you indicate lol. My guy lets just sit back and stop being hyperbolic. If you are not enjoying the game take a break, but it’s not as dire as you make it out to be. Yes bots suck but they are an inevitability.
Bots are an inevitability but the way Blizzard are handling them is just the worst way one can handle them. I hope that Microsoft makes Blizzard take GM’s and make their customer support size back to what it once was because the way it is right now is unacceptable for a company of their size.
Does Blizzard pay you to simp for them or do you do it for free?
Correction a false claim is not simping. Simping would require me to make a false claim or misrepresent what was said to blizzards advantage.
All I have done is correct the ops false claims. As I have outright said blizzard has been quite bad at communicating even right in the post you responded to. None the less the facts are the facts there is posts from blizzard as such ops claim is outright false.
Ragging on blizzard is a good things and I fully support that. Spreading false claims and made up agendas when doing so I do not and that hurts the valid agruement as well as his when it happens.
Maybe we’ll get something with this 8hr maintenance tomorrow?
