What do you expect? It’s a solved game with barely any challenge. Anybody who was going to play it already knew the bis (class, spec, talent, gear) they were going to use. With or without RDF, everybody expected this will happen, how does it come as a surprise?
Times have changed, this isn’t the original LK to pull people in.
And even then there are plenty of people around, but this is obviously a troll thread and you’re arguing with other comments in bad faith.

The players you are looking for are on another layer.
Everyone concentrated in dalaran is making the server trigger more layers, so when you go out in the world, the small amount of people who were out there are now all split up between a dozen layers
