Issues with submitting a support ticket

Hi Orlyia! I’m still seeing these tickets open on my account. If I could submit a ticket to get these cleared out I would, but I’m pretty much a sitting duck right now… Is there anything else I could do to get these cleared?

Normally you’d just go into Support > My tickets. Click on the ticket you have open and there should be an option to close/cancel it.
