Since i transferred realm quite a while ago, the npcs on netherwing ledge have been hostile to me even though my rep with the netherwing faction is Revered. I am not at war with the faction, and have toggled that back and forth to see if it would help. Also while i am a druid i am not shapeshifted while approaching the city on netherwing ledge. I have no quest to pick up or any breadcrumbs to follow to start the rep back up for whatever reason i might need to. Please help. I would like to finally level my reputation with Netherwing to exalted but cannot. I even transferred again to see if that would help and it has not.
I’m not aware of any current issues with the Netherwing rep, nor does anything stand out that would indicate an issue that I can see.
Do you see any buffs/debuffs on your character when you are in the Shadowmoon Valley or Netherwing Ledge area? Are any mobs in the area friendly?

Would a faction change affect it he didnt say he faction changed but would that play a factor.
It shouldn’t. Netherwing is considered a neutral reputation and the same quests and content are available to both factions so they do not have different versions of the same quests.
It almost sounds like the quest that flags the character as non-hostile wasn’t completed, though I can see that it was. I can probably poke around tomorrow when I get in.
Alternately, please submit a ticket using “Stuck on Quest”. Provide some details like… Completed intro to Netherwing, currently revered but hostile towards Netherwing (not currently marked as at war).
You may receive an initial reply with some self help recommendations, just reopen your ticket and a Game Master will take a look as soon as they can.

Just to follow up. It does look like Mordenai has a couple of quests (Kindness and Blood Oath of the Netherwing) for your Druid. If you turn your Trivial Quest Tracking on in your mini map you should see an exclamation over their head.
You have a bunch of quests that take place after these already completed, so you definitely seem to have some holes in that quest line.
You may be able to resolve the issue by picking up and completing Kindness first, then Blood Oath of the Netherwing. There may be some other quests available as well, but once you complete the first two, that should hopefully get you back on track.
If it does not, I’d recommend submitting a ticket as I recommended a few days ago.
