Issue with realm transfer

One of the members of my community is having issues doing a realm transfer. The payment screen opens, then quickly closes. I’ve suggested the standard stuff such as resets, different browsers, virus/security software, etc. I just wanted to check tho, are there any known issues with the character transfers?

I’m able to do one when I check. In order to purchase one, they have to be in the character select screen - have they tried disabling or updating Razer software, if they have any? We’ve seen that work in this forum.
