Hi
There is not a day I don’t ask myself the question: should I keep paying for wow. I have been playing since US Vanilla so the addiction is real and deep. With more and more embarrassing news about Blizzard and Activision, this question is becoming almost a moral choice. Do I want to keep paying for developers to build great content and fix what was botched? Yes naturally. But we all know the flipside. As consumers, the only voice heard is the money voice.
So I decided to pull the plug today. I went to my battle.net account and decided to cancel my subscription. To my biggest surprise, wow is not listed in my game/subscription tab. There is no option for me to cancel my subscription anymore. I went to the page at least every week since shadowland so I can consider myself an expert on that page. The game is not listed. I have 3 games listed (overwatch, destiny 2, and cod). No subscription visible.
When I go to my history, I can see that my subscription is active as money came out of my bank account and is in the statement on battle.net. So the only natural way to cancel my subscription was simply to remove my method of payment.
Is that intentional or just an improvement of the user interface ?
Thank you for your support

There does seem to be a change made (whether intentional or not) to the GAMES & SUBSCRIPTIONS section of Account Management.

I just checked my Games and Subscriptions tab and it looks like my WoW accounts are not listed either.

It doesn’t look like you have an active subscription, Superpretzel. It was canceled today, after being last billed on 11/11. Your game time should run out on 12/11.
It does look like there are reports of the WoW licenses not currently appearing on the Account Management page. That’s being looked into.
I’ll update this thread once the issue is resolved. I’d recommend checking the management page when that happens just to be sure everything looks right to you.

I’m accessing here:
https://account.battle.net/
I don’t see my subscription being listed, nor the option to add game time or subscribe on my other accounts that are expired.
Is there any issue with the account website?
I have 3 accounts and they are all saying no accounts found
I’ve moved your post into this thread just to help keep the discussion consolidated. We’ll share updates once we have more info

I also am unable to do so. There is just simply nothing there.
Hey all!
Can you please retest to see if you see your accounts & subscriptions? This issue should be resolved now.

It is working now. Thanks for the update.
It might take a control-f5 refresh, helps clear cache of old data.
