They where premade whole guild, They held everything, we all just went boss room after an hour and started waiting there and they wouldnt come kill boss, just kept farming all the people who join BG after people just got sick of being stuck in a farm . Even in boss room they found a way to shoot up at the floor and to kill players and were at graveyard farming as well.
After an hour and half wife and I left, So I imagine they could have gone on for hours and hours just farming new players who join and forcing people to take deserter buff just to get out of the instance.
But this should have a time limit its just griefing the instance at this point.

Put in on Twitter, make it public.
sometimes the best thing to do is just afk out and eat the 15 mins man
id much rather go stretch and grab a snack for 15 mins than get farmed for 90 mins
There is only one alliance community who does this degenerate tactic and they will cause a timer to be put in eventually . And it will be on them .
There are many many epic community groups who don’t play like that.
There are several on EU, they have made a business out of it.
It’s just a matter of time before this happens here.
Basically the ball is in Blizzards court, if they continue to allow queue syncing they are enabling/supporting these activities. 
Maybe in EU but in NA only Ruin does it and that tactic is looked down upon by every other epic BG community both Horde and Alliance

Those 20-40 players with a voice sync group are doing the same exact thing.
Not really , I play with SAS and have never seen them do it . They all want to start another BG instead of mindlessly trolling in IOC. I think most of SAS hate IOC the BG too so they are not spending more time than needed in there

It’s still grasping on an unfair advantage using the exact same methods to do so.
In before playing with my 20-40 Frens. In an MMO.
Unfair in that people will listen to raid warnings ? We are not in voice discord , do not stack certain classes etc . Just random people with all kinds of gear and ability syncing together .
Edit:- I am not saying all 980 players are my friends in there . I know a handful.

There is really no argument to be had here. It is what it is.
I am not arguing anything . The only advantage is that the raid listens to raid warnings . ( mostly ) and some of the leaders are really really good.

I know you are a good person, at this point I’m not really wanting to watch the usual run around. It’s public knowledge on what the Epic sync groups are about.
You have your opinion and that’s ok . I like playing with epic community because it’ maximizes my win rate and sometimes you get these awesome premade versus premade when facing Alec or Ruthless which are my fav games .

I have never agreed to stopping groups from playing together, for the record.
What needs to be done is set up a system where an efficient matchmaking is in place which will benefit everyone. The way it is working right now is just poor quality.
This I am behind 100%, pretty sure everyone else here would be too.
There should be an option to set up raids for Epics 20/40 etc. , this would be awesome!

Can’t believe they let you keep Quarry and Refinery, just to farm you.
Actually, I can believe it, I saw it secondhand once. They’ll farm with the Siege at the corner GYs, seemingly forever. In theory, losing reinforcements would prevent this from happening- but if the enemy team doesn’t cap those two… well…
EU is at a next level grime, imagine having those players vote kicked that do.
It’s literally set up like an Honor/HK bake sale.

Ruin does it too over here . I got kicked once when I ran with them and wanted to mess with them
Ha! I wish the video was still up (taken down due to music) My friend whos like the Rextroy nobody has heard of, had one up of him Soloing one of their raids in Naz on his decked out 101? Twink with all of the world buffs etc.

I saw Alphon solo a Ruin raid in BFA using that Tiger NPC he somehow had helping him. It was too funny
