The demolisher in Isle of Conquest and Wintergrasp Epic Battlegrounds is bugging on option 1 fire for cannon. The only previous fix for this behavior was to re-log, however as of recent patch in IoC this ports the user to the nearest GY which usually results in your vehicle getting stolen. Re-logging in Wintergrasp completely removes all of your ranks, to the point where you can no longer build vehicles if you re-log.
Below is absolute proof of this bug in action. Clicking with mouse or using keybind does not work, nor does /reload as I demonstrated in video. While I did not attempt to disable addons (I only have a few), doing this in the past did not fix this with a /reload. This bug has now made it through 2 MAJOR patches (possibly more if you count the report from SotA).
I’d seen people report a “IoC cannons won’t shoot” bug, but never experienced it myself until the last game.
Was the Horde southwest tower, closest cannon to the west gate. Cannon was working just fine until it had been destroyed and I repaired it. Is there any known issue with Cannon/Vehicles bugging and being unable to shoot? I disabled most add-ons but still unable to shoot. What gives? Any solution to this problem?
Sometimes when I hop in a demolisher in Isle of Conquest, I can’t use the ability set to number 1, which is the projectile ability. I can still use the ram in slot 2. Hopping out sometimes lets a new pilot use the ability, but in my last game, neither of us could use the cannon. /reload does not fix it either.
Using a search engine shows that people have been talking about this particular bug since Strand of the Ancients which is… no longer with us. To whom it may concern, please look into this…
I’ve encountered two issues when playing Wintergrasp so far.
The first, more common issue, is that the cannons on Demolishers and Siege Engines just don’t work sometimes. I haven’t had enough games to determine why this might be but I’ve encountered it multiple times and I’ve heard other people in the BG say something.

Built a demo on offense, got inside, “1” button won’t fire the boulder. Turned off all addons, reloaded game, still won’t fire. Had to leave, unsure if another person could fire it or if it was me.

My 2 biggest issues right now…not being able to whisper people from other realms, for absolutely no apparent reason, because it seems random. You click on the name, right-click whisper, or type out their full name…sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.
The other problem I have is how, again randomly, cannons just refuse to work in IoC and WG (and likely other places). It’s frustrating, especially in WG when you’re in a demolisher and can’t use the cannon.
