Returned recently from a hiatus back in BfA, and I’m wondering if there’s still this division of Moon Guard being more populated with Alliance RP and WrA for the Horde.
I thought about asking this because cross faction guilds might have changed this perspective a little bit.
Oh, I assure you, we are very much in approval of cross-faction here.
But we’ve still got more dirty Horde than vile Alliance.

Cross-faction events are very common, but as far as general walk up, you can easily get Rp in Ogrimmar by idling by the Tail. The Alliance doesn’t have that bonus, unfortunately, but there are many communities like the WCP that populate various spots of Azeroth during the PM times for RP around.

The sun shines, birds sing, the sky is blue, and WrA has a very strong Horde presence.

Silvermoon tends to be like the mold in my shower. No matter how many times I clean it, it always comes back, and I’m pretty sure it’s so toxic it will eventually kill me.

I think outside of a few niche activities Wrymrest Accord is the best selection for Horde roleplay, definitely. Saying this as someone who spent a year or so on Moonguard and five years on Wrymrest Accord, there are still a few fundamental differences in my opinion. Moonguard Horde has a very small but incredibly active community that regularly do roleplay events, for instance. Although, if you care about social RP (walk-up/city roleplay), I would heavily suggest Wrymrest Accord. I also noted that RP guilds doing a side of raid, mythic+, and rated PvP content are more common here. Both has their strengths, but I think Wrymrest Accord is still the main Horde server.

There some distinct differences between MG and WRA but in the end for your Horde RP it’s going to be WRA. I think one of the benefits that we’re seeing right now is the ability for guilds to become cross faction as well as cross server. That helps if you’re looking for a more neutral themed guild or for example if you’re say CST or EST, a cross server guild can help you find RPers in the later hours as well.
As others have said as well WCP is a wonderful place to meet other community members and find RP. There’s also smaller communities you can look into based on your interests.
