Is using the fishing toy in WG in workshops to prevent demos from leaving considered an exploit, cheating, or intended?

This marks the fifth time I’ve seen someone drop the toy which acts as an object and prevents other objects, like sieges, from moving forward. So demos and stuff get stuck. And there’s no self destruct button so they sit and make it impossible to build more.

Is this intended?

A bug?

A reportable cheat and exploit?

A few regulars from this board have actually put in tickets about the toy, but GMs basically replied with " :man_shrugging: " and that there’s nothing they can do.

For the moment, the item is “working as intended” until the devs fix it.
