Is this real life? (PVP)

When people say templates, what they really mean is scaling.

I’d be fine keeping twinks around if the scaling were more strict. We don’t need fixed stat templates inhibiting our customization options.

Allow a slider for secondary stats then.

This toon is a 14 year old melee hunter. Please. Don’t talk to me.

That would work.

Some Kang guy I think. A few others too… I said disable gems (which are a major issue) and he said it “removed creativity” :joy: gems add easily 2-3X as much stats as the gear itself does which is broken.

Sadly probably true… PvP is always a back seat :slightly_frowning_face:

That would be the best option, I just don’t see them doing that though because effort

Conveniently omitted a response to my first question.

Let’s say, hypothetically, greater pyroblast dealt 100% of the enemy’s health in damage. Would that indicate a positive state of balance since, you know, g-pyro is interruptible? If someone fell victim to it, it would be entirely their fault, right?

Please.

You said a lot so yeah, wasn’t sure how’d i misssed that many players saying no. I have seen twinks and even non-twinks who support the playstyle advocate disabling gems and nerfing enchants. Overall I think the majority of twinks and supporters have been in favor of better balance.

It makes all this gloating and salt from the other side appear even more unnecessary.

I disagree 100%… I remembered one… There are so many twinks with dumb names, how could I recall them all? There’s a whole thread created by a twink saying the opposite :joy: a good chunk of them like shotting people, simple fact… not all but a good chunk.

Lol yup there is a lot of salt on both sides that’s for sure. Twinks we’re rubbing it in before and now non twinks are rubbing it in (a bit prematurely I might add…)

How come it’s fine for level 120’s to overgear people but not <120?

Maybe it’s time to just remove XP from battlegrounds, cause trying to get around the trash for brain logic of people saying it’s not fair that other people can beat them in PvP because they tried harder is -literally- impossible. People are just too dumb and too entitled.

That solves nothing. You’d have the same hour long queues after casuals and levelers stop having a reason to join.

It was like that for years before Activision showed up. It solves everything.

Only people who want to PvP will PvP. If you want to level, go do quests as the good lord Chris Metzen intended.

This game is 14 years old. I think you need to take the nostalgia goggles off. People wouldn’t be clamoring to join low level battlegrounds just for the sake of battlegrounds. This isn’t vanilla.

With all due respect, two wrongs don’t make a right. Why act just like most of them do? Be the better person.

Look at this guy acting innocent now

:joy: Always pretending to take the high road.

I think until Blizzard gives an official response players shouldn’t get too worked up.

Telling someone to take off their nonexistent goggles isn’t a point or argument.

Saying the game is 14 years old has nothing to do with BGs and XPon/off separation.

There are plenty of ways they could incentivise BGs for levelers whom don’t get as much from the PvP; people are just trying to ignore ideas to push their effortless agenda.

It’s official :sob:
