I don’t have a problem with this.

I would like to see consequences like Night Elf Warlocks being given cold shoulders in the Night Elven capitol… but we don’t have one any more.

Also, yes, give Shamans to all races. I think it should be one of the easiest lore and aesthetic wise. They only have to have the rest of the non-shaman adapt the traditions of Shamanism from a the other races of their faction. Also, 4 totems are pretty easy to create compared to racial mounts, druid forms, and demon forms.
