The buff to Flash Heal is roughly a 1.5-2% hps increase for raid and 3.5-5% for M+. Also, with them buffing just Flash Heal and not Heal it actually makes Lightweaver -15% less powerful then before.
The buff to Holy Fire is not enough to make Holy match Disc on damage output. It needs to be closer to +45%.
Also still scratching my head on why they’re not doing anything to CoH or Renew yet.
