How To Fix This? (transfer aborted: instance not found)
Okay I was curious and I found completely opposite answers:
First one says it’s on your side
Second one says it’s server side & you just gotta wait.
Something is blocking the IP address and port 3724 which is the port Blizzard users for the game. You will get that message when either your router or VPN or an app called Peer Block, blocks an IPZ that it does not recognize. Every time you hit a loading screen your character is actually being transferred from the zone server you are located to another zone server you are going to. So each one has a different IP address and if an outside source blocks that IP then the instance won’t be found and the hidden character transfer won’t happen. So you’ll need to check your router settings and any security software you use and make sure you’re not blocking Blizzard IP’s and port 3724.
There is nothing you can do to fix errors like this. This is a Blizzard side error. What this means is that the server that runs those instances is down. You have to wait for them to hopefully come back up soon. I thought they’d be on the same server group, but apparently mythic is separate from normal/heroic.
And given how, I assume, you were doing just fine until this moment, it’s likely to be on server side tbh. It’s middle of the night, so, perhaps, they are doing some server maintenance and something is off for an hour or 2.
