Hi I’ve noticed you can use Phial of Quick Hands to gain a good amount of crafting speed for TWW recipes. I’ve bug reported it both in forums and in-game bug report system and stopped using it after I submitted the report.
I’ve noticed so many people are using this Phial now almost anyone near a Crafting table is using this, is this considered an Exploit? does it have punishment? should I go back to using it until it gets hotfixed? and I have also noticed it can be used alongside Phial of Enhanced Ambidexterity which even makes it faster and with Crafting Speed gear it goes up to 75%! it is kind of hurting my gold making but since everyone can use this it doesn’t feel like it should have a punishment right?
CS probably would not be able to give the answer you seek. That decision would likely come from development. Likely a hotfix to only allow it to work with Dragon Isle recipes as it states. Unfortunately as a player, I can only suggest not using it if it is not intended. Will it be punishable. No idea.

In my personal opinion, probably not – Yes, it’d give you an ‘advantage’ over other players, but that advantage is so infinitesimally small that I don’t think it’s worth punishing someone over. All it does is save a bit of time – it doesn’t give you additional multicraft/resourcefulness procs to generate more items out of thin air or save materials for more crafts… (…Now if that someone is making hundreds of thousands/millions of War Within items, then it might be worth punishing them over…)
That said, if you’re that concerned over it, don’t use it. (…or just use the legal method of Pacting with the Weaver for 30% gathering and crafting speed )
Also: I should’ve done more testing on beta, this is the kind of thing I’d have probably caught if I experimented more with crafting professions…
