Just to clarify, you’re trying to update your personal information such as an address?
Then after doing this attempted to add a new Credit Card so you could purchase a subscription. However the credit cards are all failing to add, do you get an error message when this happens?
Lastly, you indicate your subscription canceled, is this because you weren’t able to add time to it, or are you indicating that you had time left, but that it cancelled wiping out time that you had paid for.
Not sure what the issue is, Arinnia but I can see there certainly is one.
Many failed attempts in a row can cascade into other issues, often from the card side of things.
You could put in a problem with purchase ticket and have this looked into further. I’d also suggest contacting your card company - just to make sure it’s not being blocked on their side.
