Is there any way to show enemy hit points?

In pvp, I want to know how geared my opponent is in deciding what cooldowns to use, etc. But in WOTLK Classic all I can see is what percentage health he is. Even when I use Shadowed Unit Frames I can’t get it to show me any more info.

Is there any way to show enemy hitpoints in the Classic UI?

Ya I have to look at their mana if they are a caster.

That’s blizzard dropping the ball again. I dont there is a way to enable it until blizzard fixes it.
