I know I can check transaction history in account overview, but I mean from my toons login. Like i log into the game and can see?
This toon I transferred to an all new bnet account around 30 days ago… but not exactly sure when. I want to transfer him to a different server but I can’t until the 30 day cooldown is over. I just can’t remember when that was.
No. You would have to look at your transaction history in your account information, or the email receipt you would have received from purchasing it. Please note that the thirty day restriction (and any of those that attribute to a purchase) is one that is down to the second. So if you bought it May 15th at 2:37:22 am, you would have to wait until June 15th 2:37:22am to be able to do the transfer.
If there is something preventing you from logging into the account to look at your transactions, that is something you’ll want to address sooner rather than later. It is always imperative to keep it updated to your most current phone number, email, home address, etc. The longer one waits to update things, it only makes it harder on the player.
Yeah I transferred like 6 toons at 6 different times (bought when they had the big discount on character transfers) and I cant remember which one is which one.
Well, what you can do is leave the character name-realm here, and perhaps one of our SFAs can help pinpoint which account they’re on when they get in this morning. It’s not a guarantee, but it’s worth a shot.
[EDIT] It’s early, forgive me. Not the account they’re on, but perhaps the time itself the particular purchase was made for that character.
