I was AFK, but when I came back to my computer I saw one of the ‘X has defeated X in a duel’ notifications on my screen. The second name was extremely vulgar and sexual in nature, they got away with it by using symbols. Unable to find the player it belonged to, I was unable to right click and report it but it REALLY should be reported.
Unfortunately not. That said, you can likely rest assured that if it was that bad, it’ll get reported anyway
It was pretty bad, unfortunately this is also Moon Guard we’re talking about so I kinda doubt it. It’s a name I’d expect from Goldshire there, not Valdrakken.
Perhaps a dumb question, but there may be a bit of a twisted way around this.
If you use TRP, did it happen to log that person’s profile, or name?
Unfortunately no, it appears that the character did not have a TRP.
Of course, that would have been too easy. >.<
Well. It’s not the proper way of doing things, but if it’s that vile of a name? You could still try submitting the name via this link:

It’s the same path that you get when you try to report a TRP profile via the in-game reporting built into TRP. Right-click and report is always going to be the ideal route, but sometimes that isn’t possible such as with your case. It’s only a further bad roll of the dice that they didn’t have TRP, but it is kind of a murky line for reporting’s sake.
You will likely get a templated response back, but the report is still accepted. We discovered some time back that no matter what you’re reporting here, it always goes into the spiel of right-click and report, but at least the foul name will be brought to their attention. If you’ve got a screengrab of that snippet, you can include it just to show the name with any alt-codes and all of that.
Thank you for helping to do what one can to try and keep things as clean when most would just ignore it.
Thank you, I went ahead and did that.
