I’m looking for a way to just pre-purchase DF without also buying Shadowlands. I’d like to find a way to level with her to 60, but we would need to buy Shadowlands and Dragonflight, and Shadowlands will be outdated content soon. Would it be better to just wait?
Currently no, though prior to release of DF, SL should be added free, this will likely be posted about when it happens in the next month or so.

Most likely, Shadowlands will get rolled into the main game. My personal opinion is it will happen around pre-patch time for Dragonflight.
It’s obviously up to you, but I’d personally wait.
