Is there a mailbox on Exiles Reach?

Can I just not find it? if there’s not, this is an overlook by Blizzard. the problem is you can’t delete characters because of having the 16th anniversary mail, so you have to complete the entire new starting zone to get the mail just so you can delete the character.

No there is not.

So yeah… Sucks but that’s how it be for now.

Can’t even use the mail box toy.

Wow. They should allow that toy to be used or just make a mailbox npc and place him somewhere on the island

My guess is they didn’t add it for new players and removed your options as well so things would be “even”.

Exiles are supposed to be shunned and cut off from society. Makes sense that they don’t get mail service.

I guess they figure no one would delete their toon within 45 mins, which is all it takes or less to reach the end.

So is the Lost isles in the goblin starting area. Yet the goblins brought literal town packaged in a small box just in case. So i don’t see how putting a mailbox or even allow the mailbox toys on exile’s reach being farfetched.Heck, make a tribe of Murlocs that are friendly that only care about mailing to other people because they enjoy that or something, if you want it to keep it somewhat consistent with the island vibe in the world of warcraft.

Or have an Owls/Eagles that send mail back and forth, since both Alliance and Horde has hunters, and druids, night elves and taurens, no? :no_mouth:

Or maybe use the druids since they can turn into flying animals and have them deliver mail, as well letters and an air ship or two to get them out of the island.

Or make it a vet thing and just allow mailbox toys and such, since vets are still able to pull a motorcycle out of their pocket and make infinite amount of armor pieces with no resources. Why exactly Blizzard thinks a mailbox doesn’t make sense as it will trivialize the experience, but kept the heirlooms and chuffar mount even though it does the same thing they don’t want to happen, and can’t either have all of them enabled or none of them disabled is silly.

I would argue it’s pretty trivial for new players as well. Not that it’s a bad thing since it’s suppose to be somewhat easy to teach new players. (though it’s easy in the wrong places like the bear for the group quest, but i digress)

Sure, uncharted islands always have a mailbox around. Check behind those palm trees over there.

I get the subtle idea that the Exile’s Reach may lead to neutral themes. Or at least close to neutral themes.

Can’t summon people off Exile’s reach, can’t mail them, but you can party with them.

Yeah definitely, that was my favorite scene in Cast Away.

You can’t use that there.

Seriously? Why? Her whole thing is delivering mail to the ends of the Azeroth.

It seems clear their intent was for you not to have access to mail until you finish it. Perhaps to prevent people being sent tons of items that trivialize the experience for new players. (It’s already pretty trivial content for veteran players.)

Plan on playing thru.

Sometimes you start a character and decide you don’t want to play them at all and want to delete them immediately. Maybe you changed your mind and want to swap races or looks. An unplayed character means nothing to erase, except perhaps, picking things out of the mail. This could interfere with that if Exile’s Reach was the starting zone you picked.

Yes. That scene where he got the letter from Helen was tough.

“Tom, you’ve been gone for years, shacking up with new guy. Love ,Helen”

Can Nightborne use their racial at least?

Allied Races start at level 10, so they don’t have access to the Isle.
