Tried to submit a ticket about a very inappropriate TRP profile, browser alerts me that the site is redirecting in a way it will never finish.
Went to the ticket site manually and got the same thing.
Just wanted to make sure it’s not on my end!
Seems fine to me, I’m on a phone using Chrome on bad wifi, but it’s loading.

Did you try a different web browser or different device. Everything is working fine on my end.

I fixed it! I had to clear cookies and cache and it seems to have fixed it. It was happening on Chrome, too.
I changed my account data recently to be more accurate and maybe that snagged up something. Either way, it’s working fine now.

Why couldnt u report ingame thats the more prefered means of reporting it is posssible to report a trp ingame.
TRP works a bit differently: Since it’s entirely addon related if you right click report they won’t actually be able to see anything. It’d be something like reporting chat but there’s no chat to report.
TRP 3 does offer a built in reporting tool in the form of a ticket, which will allow you to signify it is an addon issue and help specify what to look for. Which, unfortunately, people sometimes use TRP 3 to have very hateful or inappropriate things inside of them that would otherwise be overlooked.
That’s the way it was explained to me, anyway!
