You can shoot a ticket here for a GM to manually move you if the self-service tool isn’t working.

Outa curiosity how is it not working for you.
The in game system just spins and spins saying please wait while they load the information but sometimes it crashes or it spins for 10+ minutes. It’s the same on the web self service form.
Have u tries different browser clearing your cache and cookies.

Except that it has for some folks. It’s not completely borked, there just is not an explicit how or why it works for some and not for others.
How many posts someone has made has absolutely no bearing on this thread’s topic.
What issues are you encountering when you attempt to use the automated service?
In game, the system either hangs (my longest try was almost 15 minutes) or I get an error message saying something went wrong. On the web self service, it’s the same thing with the page never finishing loading.
The ticket I put in has been answered and my character is safe again.

Yes. I am predominantly here on CS with this character. Most of those that end up in other forums are from posts that began here in CS and were moved by the staff. While I’m certainly not all-knowing or anything of the sort, I do see a lot of conversations and things to be able to speak with some level of knowledge and understanding. Meanwhile, most of your posts are removed for having nothing of value to contribute beyond your dissatisfaction and worse that you have for this company.
So glad to hear it! Sorry that the self-service was borked out for you, but the direct ticket usually does the trick. ^^

Details:
I got into a crash loop while between zoning in my Garrison. I’ve have had a lot of Instance Not Found or Transfer Aborted kind of messages within the past 24 hours whenever changing zones, especially when I hearth or use a portal.
I’ve never used the self-service character stuck web page before.
Stuck character: Remkat-Galakrond
I waited on the page which loaded when I clicked “Self-Service option” for over an hour with something about transferring liveperson url on the botom left, while I watched a couple youtube videos. I went to post in forums (in the wrong topic, unintentionally) to find out if this hour or two is a normal wait for a self service, and tabbed back over to the webpage and then I was presented with something new, I cant do exact word-for-word recall but the page generating a topic selection, step three had a button, and I clicked the button, back to waiting on the message “We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.”. I wonder if it’s bad I tabbed out to post on forums or if I can tab to another page while the page to leave open is needing to be my active page. I dont know the nuances of “open” as well as expected.
Edit to add: I tried to file a ticket but I kept hitting dead ends or I’m redirected to the self-service that isnt working.
