I feel like almost everyone uses this mouse cause of the 12 buttons on the side. Are there any other decent mouses other than the Razer Naga?
I can’t use that thing at all. trying to hit those tiny buttons with a thumb feels awful.
Which one do you use?
I use a l2 button logitech mouse. had it for about 5 years now hasn’t let me down
See, I’ve tried out a lot of Razer products and I only like their mouse. Every logitech headset I’ve had has always been top quality for like half the price of Razer products. I’ve never tried their mouses tho.
I used to use Razer Naga but they kept breaking after 1 year.
It felt like I was paying an annual fee.
I’ve seen streamers use the Corsair Scimitar.
Personally, I gave Redragon a shot. It was 2x or 3x cheaper than Razer. If I had to throw one out every year, it wouldn’t feel as bad. Surprisingly, it’s been a few years and it hasn’t broken yet. Sadly, the side buttons weren’t quite as comfortable as the Razer Naga but I got used to it.
I had to replace my Razer mouse like 2 months ago with another Razer mouse .
It’s useful, but it does break down really easily.
yah i got like 3 naga’s all 3 of them the 5 & 6 button just dont work when pressed unless i hit them at a specific angle
but i keep buying them like a sucker bc it genuinely adds like 15 keybinds to my gameplay
Razer products have always failed me in terms of longevity. Bought the keyboard and the keys I would regularly use would fail after a years use, mouse? Same thing. Headphones? Had the bluetooth and it just stopped charging one day.
Razer is all flash with no bang.
nowadays, companies are using cheaper switches in their mice that end up developing issues about a year or two down the line. I went through like 2 g903s and a g502 from 2017 to 2022 before trying out a razer basilisk v3. Still using it, but I miss the wireless powerplay compatibility
It’s probably good for repeat business and higher profits.
I’ve been using a much cheaper Redragon mouse that’s lasted a few years and hasn’t had any issues yet. Redragon is making less money because I’m not buying a new one every year.
I had the same experience with razer nagas. I went through two in two years then bought whatever the Logitech version is called and it has lasted me like 10 years now.
this is almost certainly true, sadly
my naga has lasted me for a couple years now, but ~80 bucks a year for a new mouse could be worse
The Logitech G600 is 1000x better than a naga.
I’m not sure why everyone uses those things. All I hear is how they break constantly and the software is annoying to use. Logitech’s is incredibly initiative and I’ve used the same mouse for like literally 10 years or more. Works great.
Software is actually why I tried to make all my gaming products Razer, but they just dont last. I need to get a Logitech mouse for my next one.
I have a Logitech headset that I only need to charge like twice a week and I’ve had it for over a year.
Idk what its called but it just has two extra buttons on the side, & i can depress the mouswheel as another button. Ive had several different variations on this over the year. Cant see a reason to get more.
Just checked. Its actually razer. Copperhead apparently. 12 years old no issue yet. My other ones broke though, this guys just lucky. (Different computers)
Naga has been trash , surprised that it was considering the viper is top notch. Decided to just use my viper and forget about the gimmicky MMO mouse
I mean it does it’s job, but it breaks down easily. Like someone else mentioned, it might be intentional to get you to buy them more often.
Even the Razer headsets I bought worked really well, but they all broke within a year of purchasing them.
It might actually be the fact they have light effects.
Yeah might be . My viper has lasted me a good spell. But then I replace them after 6 months
Raging is bad for my mouse health lol
I had a Naga and hated it because it made my pinky hurt.
I got this mouse and love it. Sort of big but way better than the Naga.
I use like 6 of the side buttons on it comfortably. Programmed three of them as alt, ctrl, and shift.
I think Bajheera uses this mouse too.
