I still haven’t had any luck getting mine, but I’m hearing conflicting info about whether it drops from Emperor starting in Phase 5 or after ZG is released this week.
Can someone clarify?
I haven’t been able to verify exactly when but I have heard similar news.
AFAIK though, the drop rate is much higher off Emp.
Havent set foot in BRD since P3, But I’ve heard unconfirmable reports it already drops off emp.
That’s definitely not true because I did Emperor in March and he still drops the Force of Will.
Got mine on my paladin about 2 weeks after BWL release, dropped off angerforge and we’ve gotten it off him for a few more alts since then as well. For sure still dropping from him.
Hmmm, Phase 5 list ‘Dungeon loot reconfiguration’ as its feature, so it may very well be Phase 5.
Rather not chance it all the same, so I’ll just do some more BRD runs this week.
