Tbc is my shadowlands waiting room.
Have only heard great things about Shadowlands, can’t wait

No. Blizzard made so many idiotic changes to TBC that it is already dying. I hold out zero hope they can remotely get wrath classic right.
Blizzard needs a reset and a rebrand at this point.
I loved tbc. The core of our guild at the end of vanilla stayed together all the way through black temple on a very small server, and we had some great times.
I hate this tbc. It’s hollow and nobody logs in to actually play or chill, outside of raids. Nobody farms, because every node of every gatherable seems camped.
Anyone leveling just pays mages to boost them.
This isn’t tbc
Yes and no.
I got my money’s worth out of a brief play of Classic a couple years ago. Wasn’t sure I’d come back, then made the mistake of listening to Wrath’s soundtrack and watching retrospectives on its popularity and success. When I realized I also wanted to quest while Outland was the story and not a stretch of interstate to max level, I resubbed.
I chose a server with former guildies seen via bnet. Within a day they’d spotted me and next thing I knew I was in a venerably healthy, high-skill raiding guild. Now, I’m still playing casually, and the way TBC is, rife with content barriers and stifling metaplay requirements, will probably always be a tier behind 'til Echoes of Doom.
I know now, because I’m playing the expansion it was always a controversial companion to, Wrath is going to be my jam. But I’m enjoying myself until then.
Level 50.
Hyped for WoTLK.
When WoTLK arrives:
“FRESH PLZZZZZ”
TBC is boring af, class balance are way off. I cant get into any group with hybird dps, pvp is way too unbalanced to even care about. Not mention how dead the server is now.
I like playing TBC, and wouldn’t necessarily call it my “waiting room.”
With that said, I never remembered the class imbalance in TBC to be so bad, and PvP is mostly a joke with the racial imbalances. I’m excited to see how Wrath of the Lich King “fixes” or “breaks” classes.
if you people think tbc tier 4 is bad for raid logging. tier 7 for wrath is gonna be twice as bad. 3 easy one boss raids. one ultra easy 14 boss raid that will be cleared in the first 2 weeks. have fun. also heorics are a joke in wrath outside of the last three. also toc is a one room snorefest.
For me yes and no I am enjoying at least to a certain degree tbc Is but the biggest problem I’m seeing it’s so much more restrictive.
And this is something that I have realized which is why I am a huge advocate For dual speck in tbc.
Is that And I really mother of pearl do I really miss wath classes.
I miss being able to actually do really good damage with my paladin Is I really miss having fun with rogues.
Is and having the freedom to switch specs And at speaking as a palatin tank I miss my hammer And my instant cast avenger shield and most of all I miss hands of reckoning.
rachesse defenses an awful taunt But at least it’s a taunt I guess a better way to say it I miss wrath Balance.
Considering the way the game is gone over the years it really makes you appreciate just how well the game was balanced and wrath.
Do I think there should be some changes yeah some not many but some Now do I like the raids better then tbc?
Depends on the raid ssc and tk That we’re in right now and I’m really looking forward to BT
But on the same end there are a lot of raids and wrath that I’m looking for to 2 I’d say it depends on the raid.
Now I will say what I am really looking forward to is wath pvp Winter grasp I really am looking forward to that so if I am being honest.
Overall yeah I’m super hyped for wrath I’m so looking forward to it Especially pvp And classes pve I’m looking forward to it just a little bit less just because I do feel.
That the actual raid design for certain raids I felt tbc was better overall however none of the raids in wrath were terrible And yes I even say that with toc.
The whole reason that happened was because of the way they did itemization that’s itemization that’s not the raids fault that’s something else.
4 lockouts a week I don’t care if the rate is amazing or not people are going to hate doing something 4 times a week is our times a week it gets old really fast.
i didn’t like wolk.
i will not be playing it this time.
Between 10/25 mans and how accessible things are for pugging without attunements there’s a ton more to do.
not ‘more’. the same stuff, different raidsize.
/shrug if you’re doing say 6 hours raiding a week now chances are you will not be doing everything anymore in that time.
And particularly without as many barriers to entry alts become a lot more attractive at end game.
Yes. I love tbc and am having lots of fun but wrath is my favorite.
Not at all.
Wrath has no appeal until or beyond Ulduar.
Wrath beats all, most important is gameplay and class balance. MoP is actually very good too, only expansion worth replay after wrath especially pvp. With shadowland and classic TBC flopping, i have doubts about we ever see wrath classic or 10.0. They should skipped TBC
I think we will see wrath classic, it’s a very popular expansion.
There is leak about wow going maintenance mode, I have doudt about whether billzard wanna throw money into wow anymore. I would love put this guy on wrath classic if that ever happens
Who in their right mind is waiting for WoltK classic after that trashfest that was TBCC?
I mean what do you kids expect in here? Its gonna be atrocious 100%
Never liked TBC much but I’m doing it because I love my guild but for me I’m only here for Wrath and maybe Cata if it comes out as I never did Cata.
