There is no bidding, and it is not a raid. I’d imagine this wouldn’t fall under GDKP ban. But was curious if buyer/seller could be banned for this under the GDKP rules.
Under current rules. If you sell BOP drops from dungeons it is against TOS in SOD and Anniversary. You can still sell in era and Cata classic.
BOE is fair game, you can just post it on the AH.
yes. ANY exchange of gold for items acquired inside a raid is GDKP, as per blizzard 
only exception is BoE stuff, but even then, you cannot sell those items for gold in raid. you have to take them home and put them on the AH or something like that, so the public can buy it.
GDKP and dungeon run boosts are two different things though. What is the exact part of the TOS that would make dungeon item boosts against the TOS? I’m just genuinely curious.

Would you consider EXP an item? Mage boosts could theoretically be bannable from your interpretation.
People have been buying and selling items that drop in dungeons since there were dungeons. This isn’t even in the same universe.

mage boosts are a nonissue. you get next to no exp if you are in an instance with a too high level character

There is plenty of dungeon boosts going on at the moment.
They are intentionally broad with their explanation.
If they wanted to, they can ban you for trading 10s for a stack of Morning Glory Dew if the person trading it to you looted it in the dungeon.
Not likely they would do that, but they love to power trip.
Then they will never even tell you why you were banned.
yes, at the end of the day you have to make sure you are following the spirit of the law, which is not to involve gold with end game raiding period
They aren’t selling the loot tho. That’s the thing. And tbh you can still get actioned if you advertise outside of the services channel regardless.

So selling exp is okay but not dungeon loot? IMO mage boosts are a worse thing for the game.
Nah, mages getting the dagger from mara, then soloing strat, and zg is the worst part of the game.
Then the warlock summoning cartels.
How is it a cartel if it’s optional? lol. I’m just trying to understand the logic here. Selling dungeon services are not remotely close to GDKPs, so idk.
Free summons is not as much of an issue as GDKP. They at least get silenced now for advertising in LFG chat.
